TINA ENGINEER-MCRAE

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Tina Engineer-McRae is the Founder and President of M SEARCH, an Executive Search & Leadership Advisory firm renowned for its expertise in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Technology, Sales, Growth & Marketing, and Operations. Established in 2007, M SEARCH has become a trusted partner for corporations, entrepreneurs, scale-ups, and private equity firms, providing tailored talent solutions that drive business success.
 
With a deep passion for building long-term relationships, Tina delivers a highly personalized Concierge Approach, leveraging her extensive network of industry experts to fuel client growth and transformation. Under her visionary leadership, M SEARCH has strategically partnered with thousands of executives, business owners, and investors, creating a vast global network of legacy clients and top-tier talent. Her keen ability to identify and engage high-impact leaders has enabled organizations to scale rapidly and achieve sustainable success.
Tina’s professional journey began in the UK, where she worked for the world’s largest HR solutions provider, earning industry recognition and multiple awards. She later spearheaded the growth and acquisition of a leading South Florida-based boutique recruitment firm before founding M SEARCH.
 
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tina is a highly active member of the South Florida business community, committed to fostering innovation and leadership across industries. She is especially passionate about empowering young girls to become strong, smart, and bold, dedicating her time as a Board Member of Girls Inc. Miami, where she helps inspire and mentor the next generation of leaders.
 
Tina is multi-lingual and holds a BA (Hons) in Business, Finance & Languages. Born and raised in Manchester, England, to Indian-born parents, she carries a legacy of excellence—her father, Farokh Engineer, was an internationally acclaimed Test Cricketer. Above all, she considers her daughter, Zia, her greatest life achievement.

ANN JACOBY

CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Ann Jacoby is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with pure sales DNA. She has a demonstrated history of leading by connecting team members with a vision and common goal. With a culture first mindset, she understands and encourages meaningful connections within the organization to drive impact, transparency, and the willingness to learn through both successes and failures. She has tenured experience from startups to scale-ups to Fortune 500 companies in both leadership, sales training, mentoring and development, and employee coaching. She takes this experience and mindset and begins each client relationship at JJ Consulting with exactly where they are. There is no ‘one size fits all’ with value creation and revenue scale up-each journey is unique. Ann’s CEPA designation (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) helps her to dig in and become a valued partner to the firm from day one.

Ann has a BA in Business/Marketing from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco.

JASON BEIR

VP, EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Jason Beir is an executive search and recruiting professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations identify, attract, and retain top-performing talent. Throughout his career, Jason has partnered with organizations ranging from high-growth entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 companies, placing mid-to-senior level and executive talent across financial services, technology, hospitality, real estate, professional services, and beyond.

Jason’s approach combines deep market knowledge, a consultative mindset, and a commitment to long-term partnerships. He enjoys helping organizations solve complex hiring challenges and connecting exceptional professionals with career-defining opportunities. 

A graduate of Florida State University, Jason welcomes the opportunity to connect with business leaders, hiring managers, and talented professionals seeking to build high-performing teams and careers. 

ANA MARIA DE LIMA

Ana Maria De Lima is M SEARCH’s Director of Operations. She is a strategic business and people operations leader with 15+ years of experience driving organizational growth across HR, operations, marketing, and project management. She is known for building scalable, high-engagement cultures and designing processes that improve clarity, communication, and execution at every level of an organization.

Her career includes scaling Wix’s Miami-based team from 20 to 350 employees and supporting expansion to 1,400 employees across eight U.S. locations, as well as developing thoughtful onboarding and employee experience programs that foster motivation and belonging. Ana Maria brings a creative, relationship-driven leadership style and a practical approach to solving complex operational challenges. A graduate of Florida International University, she excels at translating strategy into action while creating environments where people and businesses can thrive. 

BRIAN HAIN

CLIENT GROWTH DIRECTOR

Brian Hain is M SEARCH’s Client Growth Director. He has helped early-stage and growth-stage companies build the foundations required for scale. As Director of Client Growth, he brings deep experience across hospitality, SaaS, e-commerce, and founder-led organizations, designing operating systems that enable consistent execution as complexity increases. His background includes senior leadership at Wix and co-founding hospitality-focused business, Primary, where he helped raise eight figures in Seed and Series A funding and supported 4x revenue growth through disciplined, cross-functional alignment. Known for translating vision into structure, Brian pairs system design with behavior change to drive sustainable performance. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he excels in ambiguity and builds clarity where it matters most, so teams can execute with confidence and durability.

GROWTH VICE PRESIDENT

Sumaer Amar, joined us as the Vice President of Growth, bringing over a decade of experience scaling technology businesses, leveraging his expertise in go-to-market strategies, business development, and strategic partnerships. With a strong foundation in capital markets as a corporate financier and deep commercial experience in SaaS and Artificial Intelligence, Sumaer has successfully unlocked growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
