Ann Jacoby is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with pure sales DNA. She has a demonstrated history of leading by connecting team members with a vision and common goal. With a culture first mindset, she understands and encourages meaningful connections within the organization to drive impact, transparency, and the willingness to learn through both successes and failures. She has tenured experience from startups to scale-ups to Fortune 500 companies in both leadership, sales training, mentoring and development, and employee coaching. She takes this experience and mindset and begins each client relationship at JJ Consulting with exactly where they are. There is no ‘one size fits all’ with value creation and revenue scale up-each journey is unique. Ann’s CEPA designation (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) helps her to dig in and become a valued partner to the firm from day one.
Ann has a BA in Business/Marketing from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco.

Brian Hain is M SEARCH’s Client Growth Director. He has helped early-stage and growth-stage companies build the foundations required for scale. As Director of Client Growth, he brings deep experience across hospitality, SaaS, e-commerce, and founder-led organizations, designing operating systems that enable consistent execution as complexity increases. His background includes senior leadership at Wix and co-founding hospitality-focused business, Primary, where he helped raise eight figures in Seed and Series A funding and supported 4x revenue growth through disciplined, cross-functional alignment. Known for translating vision into structure, Brian pairs system design with behavior change to drive sustainable performance. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he excels in ambiguity and builds clarity where it matters most, so teams can execute with confidence and durability.
