- 14 bimonthly individual coaching sessions, 60 to 90 minutes
- Virtual and/ or in-person, depending on your location
- 360 with 3 to 5 key stakeholders, mid-point, and at program close
- Strengths assessment and debrief (Gallup, Hogan, or company in-house leadership capability model)
